Meals

We cook meals daily and deliver them fresh within 2-3 hours. All meals are cooked using only raw ingredients. There is no use of tinned/canned or premade sauces or dressings. Legumes, nuts and whole grains are soaked overnight to activate them and enhance their nutritional value. We try to keep our meals close to WFPB (Whole foods plant based). Though to keep the variety in the menu there are some comfort/popular foods.

Our menu changes with the season so to maximize the use of fresh produce. We mainly use Australian grown ingredients to support Australian farmers and cut down the carbon footprint.

How it works?

Only 2 dishes are cooked each day, Mon-Fri as given in the menu. Our menu rotates on monthly basis, with everyday and everyweek's menu different. So this means, you receive new meals every week and every day for a month. Total 40 recipes are cooked in a month which means if you order only one recipe each day, no meal would be repeated for 2 months.  

How to place an order?

Decide what meal plan suits you - weekly or monthly plan with how many meals per day and note the price. Then fill out the Meal selection form linked to the order button and make the payment to our bank account. That's all!

Discounts

Everyone has plenty of containers at home. Why not put them in use and save money and the planet.
IT IS SUPER EASY !!! Your first delivery will be in our container and we pick containers for rest of the meals. On the last day of order, we return all your extra containers, if you are not continuing the orders. 

Portion
Size

Our meals come in different portions. Things like soups, risotto would be 750ml. Stews and curries with rice/potato/salad are close to 1L. Food like Lentil shepherd's pie, stuffed flat bread, burrito, wraps, cake slice, comes by piece.
