4. Intermittent fasting - No its not dieting or eating less. It's eating but only during fixed hours. Our body is constantly digesting food and gets tired. Following this practice, digestive system gets a break and body is able to put its energy to restore and heal itself.

Best is to start with 13-14 hours fasting and slowly move to 16 hours of fasting. What does that mean? If you finished your dinner at 8, then next day the first food should not be before 10 am. This is fasting for 14 hours. Intermittent fasting shows best results when 16 hours of fasting is practiced. It is not hard.
